Creating Opportunity for Generations
Scholarships and endowed funds are among the most powerful ways to support College of Saint Mary students. These gifts remove financial barriers, strengthen academic excellence, and ensure that a CSM education remains accessible for women today and in the future.
Scholarships at College of Saint Mary

Scholarships provide immediate, life‑changing support for students by helping make a College of Saint Mary education affordable and attainable. Many of our students balance academics with work, family, and community responsibilities. Scholarship support allows them to focus on learning, leadership, and service.
Gifts to scholarships help:
- Expand access to education rooted in the Mercy tradition
- Reduce financial barriers for students
- Increase retention and graduation rates
- Support students pursuing high‑demand fields
CSM Scholarship Fund
Gifts to the CSM Scholarship Fund provide flexible, direct support to students with financial need and allow the College to respond to the most pressing scholarship priorities. For more information on contributing to the CSM Scholarship fund contact [email protected].
Endowed Funds
Endowed funds provide permanent, ongoing support for College of Saint Mary. When an endowed fund is established, the principal is invested, and only the income earned each year is used to support its designated purpose. This ensures that your gift continues to benefit students and programs year after year.
Endowed funds can support:
- Scholarships
- Academic programs
- Faculty and leadership positions
- Mission‑driven initiatives
- Other College priorities
Through endowed giving, College of Saint Mary is able to strengthen programs and services beyond what tuition alone can support, creating stability and opportunity for future generations of students.
