Dr. Megan Ray is an Associate Professor of Nursing and Director of Undergraduate Nursing at the College of Saint Mary and a Certified Nurse Educator with extensive experience in undergraduate nursing education, clinical practice, and academic leadership. She teaches across the BSN curriculum and is committed to inclusive, student-centered education that supports diverse learners and promotes academic excellence. Her scholarly interests focus on nursing education excellence, accreditation and quality assurance, clinical education partnerships, and assessment practices.

Dr. Ray is actively engaged in professional service at the national level. She serves with the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) as a Peer Evaluator, Evaluation Review Panel member, and Appeal Committee member, and participates in NCLEX-RN and Next Generation NCLEX item development through the National Council of State Boards of Nursing and the National League for Nursing.
