General Background
Dr. Gudgel spent eighteen years as a high school English, Humanities, and World Religions teacher before becoming a full-time college professor at the College of Saint Mary. His research interests and many of his publications are in the areas of Holocaust and genocide studies, secondary education, viticulture, human rights, and global climate change.
